ALARFAJ Commercial & Imports Company was established as a National company in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia in 1970. It is currently headed by Mr. Essam M. Ahmed Alarfaj after his father the later Sheikh Mohammed Ahmed Al Arfaj.

In 1972,  the first branch was opened in Jeddah, the main port of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the Red Sea coast and the main entrance to the Western region and the Holy Places, visited by millions of Moslems every year to perform Umrah and Haj or to visit Makkkah and Madinah. Recently a new branch was opened in the United Arab Emirates. Work in the establishment started on 15 July 1970 with a main activity of trading and imports in the following sectors:

 

Activity 1 - Commission (all fields)

• All Type of  men/women Textile (Wool, Silk, Synthetics)

• Curtains & upholstery

• Blankets

• Ready made clothes for men, women and children

• Carpets and moquette

Our Company is considered as one of the first commission offices in the Kingdom in this field, with excellent reputation inside and outside the Kingdom, due to the good services offered to both importers and exporters.

Due to its activities and good reputation in the local market, the company started to expand and divert its activities. Currently we cover all parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Activity 2: Imports  

This section was established in 1983. It started in Riyadh and Jeddah and was developed to cover all areas of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This field of activity serves pharmacies, beauty shops, supermarkets and hypermarkets.

The company got many famous international agencies and had succeeded in marketing their products and introducing them strongly in the local markets and become very competitive with other brands in Saudi markets.

This activity covers divert rang of products in the following sectors:

• Milk and baby food

• Vitamins, Medical herbs, Royal Jelly and Medical supplies

• Perfumes ,Cosmetics  and body and skin care products.

• Household products, Mosquito/Rat killer, Cockroach traps etc.

The Imports Section include the following sections:

1- Advertising

Being well -established ambitious group, we got confident through repeated successes in our work. We established excellent relationships with many specialized doctors, chains and medical shops. Our team consists of eight members (five supervisors and twenty three representatives) covering all regions in Saudi Arabia.

2- Sales

We as a working team, not only depend on previous experience to achieve our goals in a short time, but also depends on endless activity and continuous cooperation.

We have fifty members ( five supervisors and forty six representatives). We had succeeded in promoting our products and extend our activity to reach all parts of the Kingdom.

3- Distribution

We are called the "Fast Delivery team" due to our everlasting care to deliver our product to our customers faster then expected. The effort is realized through a distribution network of eleven members in our different branches throughout the Kingdom.

Our Distribution team efforts are concentrated on delivering products to our customers in time and quickly. The distribution network currently has eleven members covering all branches. The team is supported with vehicles and fully equipped warehouses.

4-Follow-up Section

We are not after mistakes, as we firmly believe that our various sections understand their responsibilities quit well. The targets we have to achieve are:

Search for new marketing areas

Solve any problem that faced by our sales division and representatives in the market by the best and quickest way possible

5-Admistration

This is the main force behind the whole network of ALARFAJ CIC which helps to achieve work in the best way. This section has the following sections:

Activity 3 - Investment and stocks

This section is specialized in selling and purchasing land plots, buildings and stocks specially American Stock Market.

UAE Branch

This branch was recently established in Dubai. It has the same activities as that of the head office.
